Jong Deog Kim is the Vice President of Research in Korea Maritime Institute which is a government-affiliated organization in Republic of Korea. He served as division directors of several divisions including strategy research division. And he was the Arctic policy research program manager including North Pacific Arctic Conference in Korea Maritime Institute. He led and participated in several national projects on coastal and ocean policy, and international marine environmental relations in his research career. Kim has a Ph.D. in Oceanic Architecture and Engineering in Nihon University, a M.A. and a B.A from Seoul National University.

Dr. choi (1966) studied Civil Engineering at Korea University (1992), Urban Engineering at Yonsei University(2006) and management Engineering at the Korea University as Ph.D. (2014)
In 1995, Dr. Choi joined the KMI(Korean Maritime Institute), South Korea, where he is currently a Senior research fellow.
Since then, he has been involved in numerous research projects including efficient improvement of logistics supply chain, the policy of port development & operation and related R&D.
He is currently in charge of deputy president at port research sector in KMI and his research interests include innovative technologies for highly efficient and intelligent port systems, next-generation port & logistics, supply chain management, and eco-friendly system for port.
Dr.Choi is a member of several organizations such as a member of the committee of the port & logistics sector which executes evaluation and advisory regarding the part of national R&D

Hur Yoon-soo

Yoon-soo Hur is currently Senior Researcher Fellow and Director of Northeast Asia Ocean Capital Strategy Center in Busan Development Institute (BDI). Before joining BDI in 2001, he was Researcher in Institute of International Maritime Affairs at Korea Maritime University from 2000 to 2001.
His work includes research related to the development of Port & Logistics in Busan, and making the urban planning related to Busan셲 Logistics and Port. He also supports the local government for planning the Ocean Industry development for growing the economy of Busan. He also researches Busan셲 artic policy for not only getting the opportunity of resource development but also keeping the artic environment.
He has published a large number of papers, articles, books and monographs on Logistic strategy, Busan port, Ocean industry. He got the education from BA to PH.D in Korea Maritime University in department of Logistics System Engineering. He is born in 1969 in Republic of Korea.

Won-Jo Jeong (born in 1979) received his degree in Architectural Engineering from Hongik University and Naval Architectural Engineering from Nihon University. Formerly, he worked at Sangji Environment & Architects Inc. and Research Institute for Gangwon. He has recently been working on Maritime and Fisheries Policy, Northern Economic Cooperation at Ulsan Research Institute.
In addition, Dr. Jeong has been working as a director of the Korea Waterfront Research Council, a director of the Institute of Maritime Industry, an auditor of the Korea Marine Design Association, and a member of the editorial committee of the Korean Institute of Navigation and Port Research.

Kang Dong-joon

Dr. Kang Dong-joon (born in 1982) majored in international commerce (2013) at Chung-Ang University and earned a doctorate in business administration. He gave a dispatch lecture at Shandong University in Jinan, China, and is active as a member of the Incheon Metropolitan City Logistics Policy Committee, Regional Innovation Committee, and self-evaluation committee for balanced development projects. He is also a board member of an academic society of Korea Academy of International Commerce and the Journal of customs and trade.

Na Jung-ho

Jeonbuk Institute
Na Jungho(born in 1981), majored in international commerce(2012) at the Graduate School of Chung-Ang University, had served as a research professor at the Port Logistics Research Center affiliated with Chung-Ang University(2013). He is working in the Industrial Economic Research Department at the Jeonbuk Institute..
He works as a member of the Jeollabuk-do Port Logistics Research Advisory Council, the Jeollabuk-do Logistics Policy Committee, and the Jeollabuk-do Logistics Complex Planning Deliberation Committee. He, a member of the Regional Council for the Fishing Village New Deal 300 Project, is participating in the advice of Dongho Port, Jukdo Port, and Gwangseung Port in Gochang

Kim Woong-seop

Changwon Research Institute(CRI)
Woong-seop Kim obtained a Ph.D. in Logistics from Korea Maritime University (2014).
He worked in the logistics IT department of Hyundai Movex Co., Ltd. Since 2015, he has worked at the Busan cityhall at Marine Fisheries and Logistics Bureau for about 4 years, and has performed marine industry policy work.
Currently, he works at the Changwon Research Institute and is conducting policy research related to maritime port logistics
